The identity of the reporter and the report content will be kept strictly confidential, disclosed only as required by law or as necessary for the investigation. Reporters may receive appropriate follow-up on the status or outcome of the investigation to the extent permitted by law.

5. Anti-Retaliation Protection

KINGS UNITED strictly prohibits any form of retaliation, threats, or harassment against any individual who makes a good faith report based on reasonable suspicion. Any participation in retaliation will be treated as serious misconduct and may result in disciplinary action, including termination.
